Xcom 2 Ps4 Game Cheats
XCOM 2 is a turn-based tactics video game that was developed by Firaxis Games and published by 2K Games for Microsoft Windows, OS X, and Linux in February 2016, and for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in September 2016. The game is the sequel to 2012’s reboot of the series, XCOM: Enemy Unknown.

In XCOM 2 the work is quite correct, to the point that the differences with the PC version are not very significant. The most notable is appreciable in the lighting and shadows, and some reflections that both robotic units and textures in scenarios with rain gave a much more striking appearance to the title. But considering that XCOM 2 is not and does not pretend to be a graphic bulwark, both the PS4 and Xbox One versions perform at the correct level in consoles.

The same cannot be said, however, of some technical bugs that already accompanied the launch of the game and that are still present in these versions, where some fairly inexplicable slowdowns or some turns that are still taking more than the account to execute the action of the artificial intelligence. We have also noticed problems of “tearing” in the cinematic sequences.
Beyond the technical issues, there are not many surprises. The game includes the latest balance patches of units that were missed in the original release and somewhat reduce the power of some unbalanced enemies.

It highlights the addition of the Fast mode, called in the version of consoles Zip mode, which allows us to accelerate the animations and sequences between turns to get a much faster rhythm, for those players who already perfectly dominate the game board and the time between turns became slow. What has not been transferred, however, is the Workshop intrinsically related to Steam, so the console version will not be able to enjoy the mods created by the community.
Mission Of XCOM 2: Recover Earth:
20 years later all the leaders of the planet have surrendered to the alien invasion. The defenses have been erased from the map and now the aliens dominate everything. Behind the great plans, they have for humanity, in reality, hide dire intentions. In XCOM 2 you will be responsible for exercising opposition to these beings and try to finish them off before they finish with the Earthlings.
Lead the global resistance and lead the resistance against the aliens
For this you must carry out actions such as the following:
- Run the Avenger, the alien ship that will serve as your headquarters.
- Recruit fighters for resistance.
- Directs tactical guerrilla strategies.
- Face a new race of enemies.
- Research, develop and improve your technology.
- Create custom mods and create your own campaigns.
- Take full advantage of the multiplayer game.
Resistance, aliens and the new Advent:
As a leader of the resistance, you will command commands, grenadiers, PSI agents and shooters, in addition to the advice of Shen or Tygan. In front, you will have different aliens like mutins, cerberos, pupae or sectoides, besides the Advent. This organization that has new units like soldiers or sectopods collaborates with the aliens.
The guerrilla war against the aliens:
Another of the playable novelties of being part of the resistance is that, on many occasions, we begin the levels with the new concealment mode, which allows us to spot the enemies and position our soldiers to ambush them without being seen. It seems little, but this new option to infiltrate the beginning of the missions completely changes the way we plan our bouts and adds a new playable layer to each level. If we work on it, although at first, it may seem like a “minor” tactic, we will gain an important advantage in the missions.
But Firaxis has kept many more novelties, such as the possibility of looting some enemy corpses to get us valuable objects and resources. Then we can customize the weapons of our soldiers with the improvements collected, and thus modify the behavior of certain weapons. And since we are talking about customizations, it is worth commenting on the huge number of options with which we can modify the appearance of our soldiers, from purely aesthetic issues such as the color of the armor, facial hair or hairstyle to elements as substantial as nationality of each of them (Spain opens at last among the available countries) or his biography.
There are, of course, many more options than in the last delivery and the best thing is that we can save all the changes and then apply them to another soldier. This ends with one of the big problems of customization in XCOM: Enemy Unknown since we could spend a lot of time editing our soldiers and then see how they died in the next mission. Now, a dead soldier, a soldier.
However, there are many more playable novelties, such as melee weapons (swords) or that we can carry with colleagues who are bleeding or who are unconscious to evacuate them conveniently and not lose them forever. It also opens the “hack”, which allows us to hack robotic enemies to turn them off or control them for a while. We can also hack other gadgets scattered around the stage. The most interesting is that our success in hacking depends on the ability of the soldier and, although we can also get advantages such as increasing the supplies we receive, if we fail the hacking, the enemies can see us or even get improvements.
